- Nestled on the western side of the Pilanesberg, the lodge offers stunning views and access to both a private reserve and the wider national park. It’s about a 2.5-hour drive from Johannesburg.
- Black Rhino offers airport transfers from Johannesburg and Pretoria,which can be pre-booked. Alternatively, renting a car gives you more flexibility.
- Within the lodge, enjoy complimentary shuttles and explore the main Pilanesberg via organized game drives in open-air safari vehicles.

Shortest Route (199.6 km, approximately 2 hours 45 minutes): This route takes you directly from Johannesburg via the M1 and N4 highways. It’s the fastest option and perfect if you’re eager to reach the lodge.
Scenic Route (220.6 km, approximately 2 hours 48 minutes): This route winds through the Hartebeespoort Dam and past Sun City, offering stunning views of the Magaliesberg mountain range. It’s a slightly longer drive but worth it for the breathtaking scenery.

1:00 PM: Indulge in a delectable buffet lunch at the Boma, offering a vibrant atmosphere and exquisite African and international flavors.
Afternoon: Unwind and recharge with a variety of options:
- Rest and Relaxation: Sink into the infinity pool overlooking the bushveld, pamper yourself at the spa, or curl up with a book on your private balcony.
